Suhanz is not an employer, agent, or manager of listed companions; each companion operates independently and sets their own boundaries.

2. Scope

3. Consent
- By taking any affirmative action on suhanz.com for example, visiting the site, clicking “I agree,” submitting a booking/inquiry form, or messaging us you freely, expressly, and unambiguously consent to Suhanz collecting, using, and sharing your Personal Information as described in this Policy, including limited sharing with the selected independent companion and essential service providers to fulfil your request. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
- You may browse without creating an account. When you place a booking request or send an inquiry, you’ll be asked for contact details (e.g., phone/WhatsApp or email) and basic preferences so we can process your request. We may create a lightweight account or session profile for you, as outlined in our Terms of Use. Your use of the account (if created) and related details will be governed by the Terms read with this Policy.
- If you provide us with someone else’s information, you confirm it is accurate and that you have their permission to share it with Suhanz for the purposes stated here.
- You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@suhanz.com. Withdrawing consent won’t affect prior processing already carried out, and it may limit our ability to provide services thereafter. The Platform is strictly 18+.
4. Types of Information
For this Policy, “Personal Information” means any information that relates to an identifiable individual alone or combined with other data.
a) Personal Information
We collect only what’s necessary to run a discreet companion introduction service in Mumbai. Depending on how you use the Platform, this may include:

- We may use cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies & Analytics”) to keep sessions secure, remember preferences (e.g., contact method), and surface relevant content based on usage patterns and broad location.
- If/when payments are enabled, you may be asked for billing details to complete a transaction. Payments are processed by third-party gateways; we receive status and references but do not store full card/UPI details. For your convenience, certain masked billing information or payment choices may be remembered to streamline future transactions.
- We also collect Non-Personal and Usage Information related to your access and use of the Platform, including IP address, device/browser type, OS, referral pages, time zone, general city-level location, feature usage, and diagnostics. - d) Safety & fraud prevention – detect duplicates, prevent abuse/harassment, enforce our Respect Code and Terms.
- e) Improve the service – diagnose issues, run analytics, test features, and refine content and navigation.
- f) Personalize your experience – show relevant profiles, tags, and tips based on lawful, limited signals.
- g) Legal compliance & record-keeping – age gating (18+), dispute handling, and required logs.
- h) Marketing (consent/opt-out) – with your permission or as permitted by law, send updates, guides, and offers we think may interest you. You can opt out anytime.
- We may review aggregated usage to customize services (e.g., highlight relevant meet zones or languages). We may use Non-Personal and Usage Information for internal purposes such as analytics, research, and improving features.

7. Information Sharing
- Suhanz stores your information electronically on secure servers. Access is strictly need-to-know and limited to authorized staff and vetted service providers (hosting, messaging, payments, analytics, verification) bound by confidentiality.
- For bookings or inquiries you initiate, we share the minimum necessary details (e.g., first name/alias, contact method, time, general meet area) with the selected independent companion to fulfil your request. Companions may then process such data under their own policies when you interact directly.
- We may disclose information if required by law, to prevent fraud/abuse, or during a reorganization/transfer where comparable protections apply. Some processing may occur outside India with contractual safeguards. We may publish aggregated or anonymized insights that do not identify you.
- We do not sell personal data.
8. Third-Party Service Providers
- Suhanz engages trusted third parties to support the Platform e.g., hosting and security, SMS/email/WhatsApp delivery, payment gateways (if enabled), analytics/anti-fraud, and software maintenance. These providers may receive limited, need-to-know access to Information solely to perform their services for us and are contractually restricted from using or disclosing it for other purposes, except where required by law. Some processing may occur outside India with appropriate safeguards.
- The Platform may include links, widgets, or integrations that lead to third-party websites/apps (including payment pages, maps, chat tools, or social platforms). Suhanz does not control and is not responsible for the functionality, actions/inactions, privacy settings, policies, terms, or content of those third-party services, nor do such links imply endorsement. Your use of third-party services is at your discretion and governed by their policies.
9. Disclosure to Acquirers
- If Suhanz undergoes a sale, merger, investment, or reorganisation involving all or substantially all of our business or assets, we may transfer Information to the relevant investor/acquirer/assignee or successor entity. Any such party will be expected to honor this Policy or provide comparable protections.
10. Control Over Your Personal Information
- You may withdraw consent, or request to access, correct, update, or delete your Personal Information at any time by emailing privacy@suhanz.com. Please describe your request clearly so we can verify and act on it securely.
- If you withdraw consent or ask us to delete information we need to operate the service, Suhanz may be unable to fulfil bookings or provide the Platform to you thereafter (we may retain limited data where required by law, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution).
- For companions, profile and verification changes follow the process in the Companion Terms; certain records may be retained as permitted by law for safety and compliance
11. Rectification / Correction / Erasure of Personal Information
- You can review and update certain details directly on the Platform where self-serve tools are available. For any other request to correct, update, or delete your Personal Information, email privacy@suhanz.com with a clear description of what you want changed/erased. Please note that modifying or deleting key details may limit your ability to use the Platform or complete bookings.
- Suhanz may verify your identity (e.g., confirm ownership of your email/phone, request limited documentation) before acting on a request. We may deny or limit access, correction, or erasure where doing so would infringe another person’s rights, compromise safety or security, or is otherwise restricted by law. We will take reasonable steps to action valid requests in a reasonable timeframe; updates may be subject to technical limits and validation.

12. Term of Storage of Personal Information
- Suhanz retains your Personal Information only for as long as necessary to: (a) provide the Platform and fulfil bookings/inquiries; (b) meet legal, accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention requirements; and (c) resolve disputes and enforce our Terms. Retention periods vary by data type and your interaction with us. Where full retention is not required, we will anonymise or securely delete the data.
- Examples (illustrative, not exhaustive): basic booking logs may be kept for a limited compliance window; companion verification records may be retained for fraud-prevention and legal purposes for a longer period; aggregated analytics may be stored without identifiers.
- You agree not to submit false, illegal, or harmful content to the Platform. Suhanz may suspend or terminate access and remove content at its discretion if we believe our Terms, this Policy, or applicable law are breached, or to protect users’ safety and privacy. The Platform is strictly 18+.
13. Cookies
- Suhanz uses cookies and similar technologies to run the site securely, remember your preferences, and improve the experience. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. On their own, they don’t reveal your identity; if you choose to share Personal Information with us (e.g., via a form), we may associate it with cookie data to operate the service.
- What we use cookies for

- Your part. You’re responsible for keeping your account and device secure (e.g., not sharing codes, passwords, or WhatsApp access). If you suspect unauthorized use, contact us immediately at privacy@suhanz.com. You may be liable for activity originating from your account or devices until we’re notified.
- Suhanz is not liable for incidents beyond our reasonable control e.g., device loss, weak local security, network outages, malware, third-party breaches, government actions, or force-majeure events.
15. Minors & Use on Behalf of Another Person
- The Platform is for adults (18+) only. Do not access, register, submit information, or request bookings if you are under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact privacy@suhanz.com for prompt removal. Where local law requires a higher age threshold, you must meet that higher age to use Suhanz.
- If you use the Platform on behalf of another adult (for example, assisting a person with a disability), you represent and warrant that you:
- have lawful authority to act for that person;
- have informed them about this Policy; and
- have obtained their valid consent for Suhanz to collect, use, and share their Personal Information as described here.
- Suhanz may request evidence of such authority and may refuse or terminate access where authority or age eligibility is unclear.
16. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suhanz will not be liable for any loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunity, or for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from or related to this Policy or your use of the Platform.
- Suhanz is not responsible for acts or omissions of independent companions or any third-party service providers that process your Information under their own terms/policies.
- Suhanz will not be liable for any loss, damage, or misuse of Information caused by a Force Majeure Event, i.e., events beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation: natural disasters, fire, flood, war, civil unrest, strikes, acts of government, epidemics/pandemics or lockdowns, power or internet failures, computer hacking, unauthorized access, system crashes, or breaches impacting third parties despite reasonable safeguards.
17. Opt-Out
- After you interact with suhanz.com (e.g., submit an inquiry, create or manage a listing), you may receive service communications (confirmations, availability updates, policy notices) via in-product messages, email, SMS, or WhatsApp to the contacts you provided.
- You can opt out of marketing and general updates at any time:
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email;
- SMS/WhatsApp: reply STOP;
- Or email privacy@suhanz.com with “opt out” in the subject.
- Opting out of marketing will not stop transactional or administrative messages (e.g., booking confirmations, security alerts, service changes) that are necessary to operate the Platform.
- For independent companions, marketing preferences tied to your public profile can be adjusted per the Companion Terms. Note that legal or safety notices may still be sent where required. We process opt-out requests promptly and aim to reflect your choice across our systems within a reasonable time.
18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The tribunal shall consist of one (1) sole arbitrator, appointed jointly by the parties. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Mumbai, Maharashtra. The language shall be English. Each party shall bear its own costs; tribunal/administrative costs shall be as directed in the award. The arbitral award shall be final and binding.

1. Booking & Confirmation Policy
- Scope
- Suhanz is an advertising and introduction platform (Mumbai-only). We do not ship goods. Instead, we facilitate booking requests between consenting adults and independent companions (“Companion”) who confirm their own availability.
- Partners & Responsibility
- Suhanz may use trusted service partners (hosting, messaging, payment gateways) to process your request discreetly. The Companion is responsible for confirming or declining the requested slot and for the meet itself. Suhanz is not an employer/agent of any Companion.
- Typical Confirmation Window
- After you submit a request, we forward the minimum necessary details to the selected Companion to check availability. You’ll then receive a booking confirmation (or alternatives) via email/SMS/WhatsApp. Timelines vary by Companion, time of day, and location; the confirmation message will state the applicable window or hold expiry (if any).
- Accurate Booking Details (Your Duty)
- Please provide true and complete details (name or alias, contact method, preferred time/date, general meet area/hotel/locality, any access instructions). Inaccurate or incomplete information can lead to delays, declines, or cancellations. Suhanz is not liable for issues caused by incorrect details.
- Deposits / Confirmation Codes (If Applicable)
- Some bookings may require a deposit or a one-time confirmation code to secure the slot. Where used, the requirement will be shown upfront before you agree. Deposits (if any) are processed via third-party payment gateways; Suhanz does not store full card/UPI details. The Companion may only proceed after successful confirmation.
- Delays & Unforeseen Changes
- While we and our partners aim for smooth, timely confirmations, delays or changes can occur due to:
- (a) logistics outside our control, (b) severe weather, (c) public disruptions (lockdowns/strikes/curfews), (d) force-majeure events (floods, outages), or (e) other unforeseen circumstances. Suhanz is not liable for delays, reschedules, or declines arising from such events.
- Conduct & Safety
- All meets are consent-led. Arrive sober, respectful, and within the agreed window and area. The Companion may decline or discontinue a meet if boundaries or safety standards are not met. Violations can lead to permanent bans.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Client-initiated: Notify as early as possible; new time is subject to Companion availability.
- Companion-initiated: You’ll receive a courteous decline or alternative options.
- No-shows/late arrivals: The request may be closed and may affect future bookings. Where a deposit applies, the specific refund/reschedule rules shown at the time of booking will govern.
- Companion Independence & Liability
- Each Companion is independent and solely responsible for their conduct, schedules, and boundaries. Suhanz is not responsible for any acts/omissions of Companions or third-party service providers.
