Booking Policy
1. Scope & Platform Role
- Suhanz (https://suhanz.com/) is an advertising and introduction platform operating exclusively in Mumbai. We do not ship goods or sell physical products. Instead, we facilitate booking requests between consenting adults and independent companions ("Companion") who confirm their own availability.
- Suhanz is not an employer, agent, or manager of any Companion listed on the Platform. Each Companion operates independently, sets their own boundaries, rates, and availability, and is solely responsible for confirming or declining booking requests and for the meet itself.
- This Booking Policy ("Policy") should be read alongside our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. In case of conflict, these Terms shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.
- By submitting a booking request or inquiry through the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, capable of entering a legally binding contract, and agree to this Policy in its entirety.
2. How Bookings Work
- Step 1: Browse & Shortlist
- Browse verified Companion profiles on Suhanz. Each listing includes photos, bio, availability, service preferences, and rates (where displayed). Use filters by location, category, or preferences to shortlist profiles that match your requirements.
- Step 2: Submit a Booking Request or Inquiry
- Once you've selected a Companion, submit a booking request or inquiry through the Platform's forms, WhatsApp link, or call button. Provide accurate details including your name or alias, preferred date and time, general meeting area (hotel, locality, or landmark), duration, and any relevant preferences or notes.
- Step 3: Availability Check & Confirmation
- After you submit a request, Suhanz forwards the minimum necessary details to the selected Companion to check availability. You will receive a booking confirmation (or alternative suggestions) via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Timelines vary by Companion, time of day, and location. The confirmation message will state any applicable window or hold expiry.
- Step 4: Prepare & Meet
- Once confirmed, follow the Companion's instructions for the meet. Arrive on time, sober, and within the agreed window and area. All meets are consent-led and follow Suhanz's Respect Code.
3. Booking Types
- a) In-Call Bookings
- The Client visits the Companion at a pre-arranged private location. The Companion provides the address or meeting point after confirmation. Clients must follow arrival instructions and maintain discretion.
- b) Out-Call Bookings
- The Companion travels to the Client's hotel, residence, or a mutually agreed location. Clients must ensure the venue is safe, private, and accessible. Hotel bookings must comply with the hotel's guest policies.
- c) Express Bookings
- Subject to Companion availability, express bookings may be confirmed within 1–3 hours. Express availability is not guaranteed and depends on the Companion's schedule, your location, and the time of day.
4. Accurate Booking Details (Your Responsibility)
- You must provide true and complete details when submitting a booking request. This includes:
- Name or alias
- Valid contact method (phone, WhatsApp, or email)
- Preferred date, time, and duration
- General meeting area, hotel name, or locality
- Any access instructions or special notes
- Inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information can lead to delays, declines, or cancellations. Suhanz is not liable for issues caused by incorrect details provided by the Client.
- You agree not to impersonate another person, use false contact details, or submit fraudulent booking requests. Violations may result in permanent suspension from the Platform.
5. Deposits & Confirmation Codes
- Some bookings may require a deposit or a one-time confirmation code to secure the slot. Where applicable, the requirement will be clearly shown upfront before you agree.
- Deposits (if any) are processed via third-party payment gateways. Suhanz does not store full card or UPI details. The Companion may only proceed after successful confirmation.
- Deposit amounts and forfeiture terms are set by the individual Companion or as displayed at the time of booking. Please review deposit terms carefully before confirming.
6. Confirmation Window & Communication
- After submitting a booking request, you will receive a confirmation or response via the contact method you provided (email, SMS, or WhatsApp). Response times vary depending on:
- The Companion's current schedule and availability
- Time of day (peak hours may experience higher demand)
- Your preferred location and the Companion's service area
- If you do not receive a confirmation within a reasonable time, you may follow up via the Platform's contact options or reach out to [email protected] for assistance.
- A confirmed booking is a mutual agreement between the Client and the Companion. Once confirmed, both parties are expected to honor the agreed time, location, and duration.
7. Conduct & Respect Code
- All meets facilitated through Suhanz are consent-led. By booking through the Platform, you agree to the following Respect Code:
- Sober meets only — arrive sober and in a respectful state of mind.
- Clear boundaries — respect the Companion's stated boundaries and preferences at all times.
- Zero harassment — any form of verbal, physical, or emotional harassment will result in immediate termination of the meet and a permanent ban from Suhanz.
- Consent check-ins — ongoing consent is required. If the Companion expresses discomfort or withdraws consent at any point, you must stop immediately.
- Punctuality — arrive within the agreed time window. Excessive delays without prior communication may result in the booking being cancelled.
- Hygiene — maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness as a basic courtesy.
- The Companion may decline or discontinue a meet at any time if boundaries or safety standards are not met. Such decisions are final and non-negotiable.
- Violations of the Respect Code can lead to permanent bans from the Platform. Suhanz reserves the right to report illegal activity to relevant authorities.
8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- a) Client-Initiated Cancellations
- Notify as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Contact the Companion directly (if contact has been established) or reach out to Suhanz support.
- Rescheduling is subject to the Companion's availability. A new time slot is not guaranteed.
- Last-minute cancellations (less than 2 hours before the scheduled meet) may affect your standing on the Platform and future booking eligibility.
- Where a deposit applies, the Companion's specific refund/forfeiture rules shown at the time of booking will govern.
- b) Companion-Initiated Cancellations
- If a Companion cannot fulfill a confirmed booking, you will receive a courteous decline or alternative options via the contact method on file.
- Suhanz will make reasonable efforts to suggest alternative Companions with similar profiles, subject to availability.
- c) No-Shows & Late Arrivals
- If you fail to arrive at the agreed time and location without prior notice, the booking request may be closed.
- Repeated no-shows may result in temporary or permanent suspension from the Platform.
- Where a deposit was collected, deposit forfeiture rules set by the Companion at the time of booking will apply.

9. Pricing & Payments
- Companion rates are displayed on individual profile pages where the Companion has chosen to make them visible. Rates are set independently by each Companion and may vary based on duration, booking type (in-call vs. out-call), location, and special requests.
- Suhanz does not collect, hold, or mediate payments for Client–Companion bookings. Any fee, advance, tip, or payment is arranged directly between the Client and the Companion, off-platform.
- Suhanz is not responsible for payment disputes, overcharges, undercharges, or financial arrangements between Clients and Companions.
- For platform-specific paid services (e.g., Promoted Placement for Companions/agencies), please refer to the Payment Facility section in our Terms of Use.
10. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
- While Suhanz and our partners aim for smooth, timely confirmations, delays or changes can occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Traffic and logistics in Mumbai
- Severe weather conditions
- Public disruptions (lockdowns, strikes, curfews)
- Force majeure events (floods, power outages, natural disasters)
- Companion health or personal emergencies
- Suhanz is not liable for delays, reschedules, or declines arising from such events. Where possible, we will assist in rescheduling or suggesting alternatives.
11. Companion Independence & Liability
- Each Companion listed on Suhanz is an independent individual or agency representative. They are solely responsible for their own conduct, schedules, boundaries, rates, and the quality of service during any meet.
- Suhanz does not guarantee or warrant the accuracy of any Companion's profile, photos, rates, availability, or conduct. Users should exercise independent judgment and read each listing carefully before proceeding.
- Suhanz is not responsible for any acts, omissions, disputes, or outcomes arising from offline interactions between Clients and Companions. All offline meets are private arrangements between consenting adults.
- Suhanz may use trusted service partners (hosting, messaging, payment gateways) to process your request discreetly. These partners are bound by confidentiality obligations as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Privacy & Discretion
- Suhanz practices data minimization and shares only the minimum necessary details (e.g., first name or alias, contact method, preferred time, general meeting area) with the selected Companion to process your booking request.
- We do not share your full personal details, browsing history, or booking history with other Companions or third parties beyond what is necessary to fulfill your specific request.
- All booking communications are handled through encrypted channels. For full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
- Clients and Companions are mutually expected to maintain discretion about each other's identity, contact details, and the details of their meets.
13. Booking Tracking
- Suhanz provides a booking tracking feature that allows you to check the status of your booking request. You can track your booking at suhanz.com/track-your-booking using your booking reference ID.
- Booking statuses include: Submitted, Under Review, Confirmed, Rescheduled, Completed, and Cancelled. You will also receive status updates via the contact method you provided.
14. Prohibited Booking Practices
- The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate and permanent suspension from the Platform:
- Submitting fake, spam, or prank booking requests
- Using the Platform to harass, stalk, or intimidate any Companion
- Attempting to negotiate rates or services outside the Companion's stated boundaries
- Recording, photographing, or sharing any content from a meet without explicit consent
- Sharing a Companion's private contact details with third parties
- Attempting to circumvent the Platform to avoid verification or safety protocols
- Using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable Indian law
- Suhanz reserves the right to investigate and take action (including permanent bans and legal referrals) against any user found engaging in prohibited practices.
15. Reviews & Feedback
- After a completed booking, you may be invited to leave a review or rating for the Companion. Reviews help maintain quality and trust on the Platform.
- Reviews must be truthful, based on your own experience, and free from personal attacks, explicit details, or boundary-violating descriptions. For full review guidelines, see Section 7 of our Terms of Use.
- Suhanz may moderate, edit, or remove reviews that violate our guidelines. Fake or incentivized reviews are strictly prohibited.
16. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suhanz will not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, or inconvenience arising from or related to any booking request, confirmation, cancellation, delay, no-show, or offline interaction between Clients and Companions.
- Suhanz does not guarantee that any booking request will be confirmed, that a Companion will be available at any given time, or that any meet will be satisfactory. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

17. Updates to This Policy
- Suhanz may update this Booking Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on the Platform. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
- The latest version of this Policy on suhanz.com applies at the time of your booking request. Your continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
